Sadness for QPR Season 18/19

Hello everyone football manager 2012...

QPR stories about the tragedy which commenced this season, I still have not won the trophy for one season.

Disappointed is not it?

It's too far for me to ponder that QPR should be transformed into a feared team in the league.

Having successfully won by Arsenal in the semi-finals, feeling very happy because at that time, the middle steady Arsenal team in the league.

New Tactics For QPR 18/19

Hello my friends,

Sorry that im too lazy update this blog. Poor me.. Its OK since im also do not have follower and visitor for this blog. HAHA...

After deep think about how to win the game, for think time, i think i need to change my current tactic. From 4-1-2-2-1 to my new tactic. 

Current tactic :)

My current tactic 4-1-2-2-1

Tactic that i used:)

After think so many times,now i change to 4-2-2-2 which is 4 defender, 2 midfielder, 2 winger and 2 striker.

Although  im little bit scare to use based my previous experience, i still want to use this tactic.

New tactic 4-2-2-2

In this tactic, i use more roaming sytle that allow player roaming between them. 

Last 5 games since i change this tactic:

 
 For 1st game, i totally not happy because West Ham controlled that match. 20 shot against 9 QPR is not good enough for me.

Against small team like Leicester, there are no question for big win.

Against our rival, this very important game since then. 

Unlucky, penalty at 82 minutes, Neymar score goal and we all draw.
 

Dramatic win against Wolves.

By the way, in this game, we already lead 2-0 and Wolves make comeback to 2-2. Why they can score 2 goals against us?

Best Defender QPR Season18/19

Every team require best defender to defend goals. Give easy goal to opponent its like shit when you stand like me as manager :) May be it will caused frustrated and you quit to manage that team again.

Like me...im already 10 season with QPR. And still no win EPL and even stay up to Champion League. Major failure for me...

And when you have good defender, QPR already improve and i think this year, we can pass to Champion League. Hopefully...


My current EPL 18/19 standing :)

I think in this FM12,Steven Ellis is Wonderkids which is every team need this player.

Look at player strength :) and also mental. Almost full 20/20.

 

Hodson is no3 selection for my team :) By the way, whenever i need him, he can play well. With composure and marking, i know this player can help me.

This player already play for QPR more than 5 season :)

 

I signed this player, Sani last year due to performance is very good when he play for West Brom last season.

No wonder, Arsenal FC want this player for 53 mill.

But the way, i turned down that offer :)

Santos is best defender (right) that i signed. 

I do not any question about this player.

This player can score from corner. Based my record, he score 10 goals last season.

 

Wonderkid from Liverpool but i still not sure he is the best or not.
